Not trying to cope but I think it’s my discoloration/acne, my skin tone is like a tanned olive person. It appears lighter in person. Do you know any ways I can lighten my skin? I am trying to lower my bf% as well.

I am growing a stubble do you think I should keep growing it or shave. I plan to keep it about 2-3 mms. Also I trimmed 2 fingers above my adam apple since this photo. I am strengthening my neck.
