I recon you could improve a lot my training your neck muscles since you have quite a thin neck at the moment which is actually a serious falo (search neck exercises on google, just don't do neck bridges) you could also ascend if you grow your hair out and improve your diet ( get on carnivore)

In my opinion you are a good looking guy so you don't have many flaws, if I had to mention something tho I would say your very thin neck is holding your potential down, I recon if you trained your neck and grew your hair long you could ascend to a hhtn tbh
