Not over, you're probably average but your orbitals + eye spacing are cooked. Also narrow mouth. You have really good cheekbones and a pretty strong side profile though. I'd give you an overall 5.6/10 from what I can see.

Yes. if iceing them and based undereye serum dont work then you have recessed infraorbitals and will need surgery. you can try the caffeine tho i reccomend the ordinary brand
