I'm 6'1, 170lbs at the moment. Currently around 16-17% body fat. I'm planning to cut down to 11-12%.

lltn, your height can only take you so far before your face fucks it up for you. Idk, you look sad and unpleasant to be around which probably isnt the best thing.
