Right now you're probably around lmtn with a strong sideprofile. Nice nose shape but a little to tick nasal tip, lean face, decent hair, looks like you have a good maxilla projection and your zygos have potential but aren't too prominent right now, decent thickness in eyebrows but could be more defined etc, lips have potential as well.
acne/red marks on cheeks, jaw still soft (normal now), bit of under-eye shadow (could be lightning or recessed infraorbitals). You don't have
Fix: hit acne hard with retinoid + benzoyl daily or if it gets worse over time or years consider isotretinoin. Go to the gym and stay lean.
