Bro firstly your 13 you should not be on here but anyway, if I were you I would focus on having good tongue posture and spinal posture at all times, as your face develops according to these methods that will hopefully help you more than most ppl due to your young age. Sleep as much as you can and eat enough nutrient dense foods in order to grow. Chew with your premolars and swallow correctly as well. Finally please take care as your very young and you don’t wanna ruin yourself rotting on looksmaxing forums instead of enjoying life.
