Yo, I’m new here. I’m 15 years old and my height is 5'9" (175cm). Looking for an honest rate and some guidance.
My current habits are pretty inconsistent:
Sleep: I get 8-9 hours occasionally, but it's not consistent.
Mewing: I do it whenever I remember, still working on my tongue posture.
Cardio: 15-20 minutes of cardio once in a while.
I’m currently thinking about starting a Test cycle to speed up my progress. What do you guys think? Should I focus on the basics first or go for it?
Any advice on what I should prioritize at my age would be appreciated. Be brutal."

i highly suggest you put on more muscle/strength train, especially if youre hopping on cycle

imo i dont recommend cycle yet but strength training stimulates test production during mid puberty (age 15).

high strength training low use of steroids beats low strength training high use of steroids; you need to at least try strength training natty and if you do well you can either put off the cycle or use it as a supplement to maintain low body fat percentage. try not to rush things this takes time and track your growth patterns.

this part is purely my own suggestion: dont hop on muscle growth PEDs (not general growth hormone) until age 18. if you dont train naturally you are basically just unnecessarily using roids to obtain things you can obtain naturally with time and patience

If you are doing test (don't use absurdly high doses) then also use AI otherwise you might risk your growth plates closing early which will limit your height growth, try to get your hands on hgh although it is very expensive.
 
TI haven't started using it yet. I was planning to save up and buy it, but I'm unsure about doing so, and I think I'll go with HGH instead.
