try to go 5 times a week and get good sleep, sleep is very important for muscle growth and repair. also maybe try a shorter hairstyle (not short short but shorter than whats in those pics)

You have decent bone structure.

I can't really tell you exactly what to get but don't get it cut too short. Look for haircuts which give you texture and have them more rounded like your Edgar.

Basically a smaller version of your current Edgar with cleaner texture
