Ive already planned on fat grafting, forehead augmentation and possibly implants, as you suggested.

why would u need fat grafting? ur fat storage isnt bad if anything u should get co2 laser for ur acne scars or tret + mirconeedling

Fair point, but i feel as if my infras are recessed, fat grafting my under eyes and upper would be such an upgrade. You are right about my skin, im currently considering going pharmacology for my skin.

recessed infras aint that bad ibr liek everyoen has them gandy o'pry etc the only person ik who doesnt is liek bojack and tylermaher but your infras are not very recessed i saw ur side so i reckon if u just get orbital decomp it will hepl it
