Im trying to fix my eye colour and dark eye bags but have no idea + grow facial hair
My hair is healthy and fine but I just came out the shower and couldnt be bothered to fix it

first of all you cant change ur eye color, dont listen to the cope. then with eye bags you should get more sleep and if it isnt enough you can use a caffeine serum, it worked for me and u can easily find it on amazon.

I'm stuck between that and volufiline because the skin around that area is thin asf but volufiline is a pit pricey I'm tryna spend a tenner + it been dark since I was a child
