ur lower third looks extremely weird from the side probably its too short and u need surgery or orthodntist help
u have to fix ur lips refresh them andshit and make them wider u can use guide that was on tiktok
canthoplasty or canthopexy cuz ur eye area is extremely bad
fix health indicators
and do basic softmaxxing

idk if its the lower third my infraorbitals are heavily recessed this may be the reason why the lower third looks weird in contrast

its a little asymmetrical and looks short compared to your other thirds

your lips are also a bit narrow
