you got a good base. tips -widen your neck, use accutane for acne and nose slimming ,remove the rat stache, go clean shven , use bimatoprost for denser eyelashes, and obv workout and be lean atleast 15% bf, also u can chew gum 20-30 mins a day for masseater hypertrophy. start skincare too (sunscreen , moisturizer , face wash)
