Subpar nose and long philtrum keep you away from Chaddom. Also not sure about eye area, it's quite good but I wouldn't rule out almond eye surgery.
Hair and lower third are god tier. Solid 6.5 psl. Jelly tbh

No. Mewing only affects the jaw and I don't see how yours could be improved.

Yes my nose is my biggest problem, I would have to widen my nose which is funny, but do you have any suggestions on where to look in North America, and how to spot a good surgeon?

No idea tbh. Check Realself and go from there.
You should be aware that rhino is kinda risky especially for men. And it can cost anywhere from 5 to 20k in the US depending on the surgeon.
3 to 8k apparently in turkey.
