I’m 161lbs/173kgs and yeah my bottom jaw is weak and regressed id say. It’s the fact that my top lip hangs above my bottom that I hateIf i were you I would try to gym max and get big. And maybe consider surgery for mandible, maybe a chin implant

3) Eyes: That one is the most difficult to fix since it requires difficult surgeries, there are different options but the one that is most discussed on this forum is the canthoplasty. Plastic surgeons can change your eyes so that your upper eyelid are forced in the eye socket so they are no longer visible, since you already have a good eye shape, this can make a massive difference
4) Body: You can improve this by training for strength in the main compound movements with a good full body training program like Starting Strength, Stronglifts or ICF 2.0, it takes a long time to see a big difference but if you do it properly, in 3 years you can reach a very impressive muscular and ripped physique that women will love and it can make a huge difference to your looks, it's not easy but it doesn't require steroids or risky surgeries. So you have no excuse to not work on this one. If you can add 30 lbs of muscle over the course of 3 years, you will look very different from before and people will respect you more than now.
