if your nose structure makes breathing hard, forcing mewing isn’t the priority. fix your breathing first and get it checked by an ENT if needed

just try to get used to it i used to find it hard too but after couple months i do it automaticly

i had my nose broken and had a doctor put it back into place

if your nose was broken before,it’s normal that the inside might not be perfectly straight anymore. if it affects breathing, it’s better to get an ENT/otolaryngologist check. don’t force tongue posture if your airway isn’t comfortable.
