you're 13, you haven't hit puberty yet read the BOTB guide on puberty maxxing, read about the eating you want to do, and sleep, during puberty try to eat in surplace of everything, make sure to do sport, and jst be a kid and get all nutreients and like 9+ hrs of sleep!!
