Mostly because of the really bad acne and nose to mouth ratio with the nose being to big.
Would recommend Accutane fixing the acne while shrinking ur nose. prob could grow out ur brows and lashes too

Lmtn your midface is long and your skin is pretty shit,besides that your face is pretty developed hop on isotretinoin and your smv will be 7/10

HLTN now but you have alot of potential. What brings the score down is your skin & skincolor and the lack of contrast. Fix your acne either thru isotretinoine (prescription needed, you can probably get it easily) or retinoid + azelaic acid. Either way you have to hop onto a skincare routine that specifically targets your acne. You can probably find a guide on this site.

If you're using isotretinoine, you will have to wait until the end of the treatment to introduce strong chemicals in your routine, but isotretinoine will solve it faster + permanently. If you're using retinoid, then do this as well:

Introduce vitamin C 12% serum and niacinamide 10% in your routine and apply them daily. Use The Ordinary's 7% glycolic acid as a weekly exfoliant. You will use these products in order to achieve a slightly whiter, significantly brighter and more uniform skintone.

Next, apply minoxidil onto your eyebrows so your eyebrows can be stronger and denser with more hair on them. Do you know your bf%? 12% is generally optimal, so hit that. Get debloated if you were bloated.

For frauds: Use red-tinted lipbalm so your lips look more attractive and use an eyebrow pen to make your eyebrows look symmetrical + fuller. You can also use it to groom your eyebrows. use BB cream to get a more radiant and uniform skin color.

If you do all that, I would suspect you ascend to HMTN, and maybe LHTN depending on the end result. For hardmaxxes: A rhinoplasty would most definitely ascend you to HTN territory.
