I would say 4.3/10. Hair is good, decent jawline, eyebrows and eyes alright. I'd definitely shave the stache though. I don't think you can get to HTN, but I have seen transformations similar to you go from 4.3/10 to MHTN which is possible. I'd recommend the usual, strength training and eating healthy.
