I was relatively low bf before, but I was on a VERY hard cut. Found out that it is more essential to have more food (carbs, fat, protein etc.) during developmental stages than being lean at this age. Currently using dermaroller and possibly pairing with rosemary oil for my eyebrows. Thanks bhai
