decrease BF , pin ghk-cu , grow ur hair, u’ve weak mandible so if ur beard grows u can grow beard

either long hair or otoplasty to hide the ears, jaw frontal angle is a little acute so either look into implants (prob unnecessary) or train masseters if you have low insertions. consider laser mole removal and getting a tan to make the contrast of the coloration less noticeable. eye area is pretty good. curl lashes. upper lip fat grafting would help with chin to philtrum ratio. could need a djs to be honest since your lower third does look small but the other softmaxxes i recced should help
