no except going to the gym

if you were really short or ugly I'd say use hgh but the risks are there if you can't do bloodwork to monitor your igf 1 levels, so I wouldn't recommend it

I'm 5'3(160cm) atm, my mom is about 150cm(dk for sure, she's just a bit shorter than me) and my dad is 168cm, I think max height I can get would be around 178cm so I think hgh would help me

Okay but can you do bloodwork on your own? regular bloodwork doesn’t test for IGF 1 usually. You can’t do this behind your parent’s back reliably imo. If your parents don’t agree, and I would ask them about taking you to an endocrinologist to talk about increasing height, I would say just focus on getting 9-11 hours of sleep to maximize growth hormone secretion. Then at around 15 you can incorporate an aromatase inhibitor like arimidex to stop growth plates from closing. Be careful though because you can’t miss a dose or your estrogen will rebound to an even greater dose. At 16 you can maybe start taking HGH since you can drive yourself to get tested.

Get longer hair (ex. Mod cut, shag cut or anything mid length with bangs) your face is good but the only problem is the hair

Listen up now buddy Do not worry bro, i'm newgen but not like grey level but i can tell that you have a good potential from lmhtn-chadlite. i was at your situation once to but BP saved me, i saw the peptide maxxers but i didn't do that, i worked hard but i had to sacrifice my appeal for PSL. But now i have a good maxilla and a good bones like jordan barret. i wish i could be the appeal level of Chico but i have the psl of jordan barret like a mix of their both. going bro, i believe in your potential.
