Accutane is going to help you out massively not only with your skin but can help shrink your nose a bit. eye area is really good already only issue that Accutane wont fix is the face bloat try cutting down and take potassium.

nasolabial folds are smile lines try using volufiline to help with them. Lips are pretty difficult to fraud I don't know much about that
