Biggest problems i see are:
-Receding hairline and bad haircut (hair transplant + finasteride and get a good haircut that suits your face, there's guides for that on here)
-huge enormous nose (this could appear like that because of many things, mainly your skull/jaw/orbitals are not big enough, not sure what to do here)
-dead eyes (go to Taban, based surgeon for eye area)
-Skin too white (leave the basement)

- I dont think I'm receding but I'll keep a look out.Check the first photo again where the fringe isn't covering my forehead.
- I have no clue what my face shape is for a good haircut.

Yes, you need to add support to your upper eyelids somehow. After the pandemic is over, if you can afford it, I highly recommend you fly to Los Angeles to get an eye surgery from the plastic surgeon Taban, you already have a very good eye shape, you just have too much upper eyelid that is visible.

Also, you should gymmax (gain 40 lbs of muscle), neckmax (improve the size of your neck from 14 to 19-20 inches), and leanmax, instead of writing a very long high effort post, I'll link my previous post on the topic, if you follow all my advice properly, you'll do those 3 things very well:
