do NOT listen to him. Your main issue is your maxilla.

Well ideally double jaw surgery but it's extreme, if you don't want to change maxilla then jaw and chin implants will do cuz this will improve chin to philtrum ratio, nose is fine just slim it down with hydrocortisone

yes it is. It’s your main issue only option is a lefort. Ur infras are receded also. Ur lower third is way more developed than ur mid face

your def right about the receded infras and a not well enough developed mid face. are there any natural things i can improve this with or maybe inplants or botox? or just surgery?
