Isnt it like pretty obvious that his cranium is too long and his lips are too narrow which are caused by a narrow palate instead of "thin lips"? What else could help him that isnt expander brah?

expander might just make him look worse. His byzygomatic width is already wide as fuck. You don’t wanna just ruin ur fwthr.

Irl lmtn but here ltn sry for being harsh but: lack of dimo, need taller jaw and chin, even if you manage to slim down nose mouth to nose ratio still will be unideal (1.3) due to the fact that mouth can be wider, unideal eye support, you have a good skin, hair and neck
