Is there anyway to fix it without surgery? If not then ill proceed with the surgery once my jaw stops growing (prob when im 18-21 yo)

No it’s too severe for any of that, if you’ve gotten braces you should have a ceph scan which could help determine how severe it is but all in all you need surgery for this.

Your chin does not project forward and your mandibular plane is steep, if you want to fix this you can get surgery but you look like an average guy so it’s up to you
