I am 17 6 foot at a higher bf% like 18-19 so I will be cutting down to 12% just rate me honestly and if u want to give surgical or any other advice as well go ahead

Ur looking good man. All id say is shave off that moustache and if your nose bothers you to get a rhino. U said ur at a high bf% so id start to focus on lowering that as i can see ur zygos are good but just lose the cheek fat and they will look great man.
