Bloated, and circles around eyes show that A: you don't have enough sleep, B: your malnourished, C: you only eat junk every day, or D: all of above. In this case (my opinion) the jawline is recessed due to mouth breathing, and eye brows are too thin. I don't know too much of ratios but your hair and lips are too dry. LTN in my opinion but please prove me wrong.
