Many girls will find him cute. There is no such thing as a "colouring halo". Your eye colour stays with you for life and can barely be faked realistically. You can fraud a good bone structure with surgeries and bones also start fading with:

B) Aging

So it's more realistic to say someone has a bone structure halo.
