Plus gym is a bigger commitment than most realise: eating lots of food, sleeping 9 hours a night, 2 hours a day in the gym, discipline needed. I’ve never gymcelled before. I usually eat 1500calories a day as I cba to eat due to depression from the blackpill and how over it is. Maybe that’s why my t is low as growing up my diet was also terrible.
