honestly thanks but I did spend a majority of my life mouth breathing and thank god I fixed that some time ago and I have seen drastic changes especially now that I got leaner. But I really don’t know how to do any of those white pill methods although I do now have hollow cheeks and a neutral canthal tilt due to fat loss, my face lacks length but my master muscles are very strong and it’s just my side profile that lacks tbh.
