adapelene in your case (tretinoin would worsen rosacea)

he should definetly train neck for dymorphism. I wouldnt say that it is small right now but bigger would suit him better

Its dangerous imo anyway layupsidedownwithyourlegsbehindyourearsmaxxing would be easier and could save his hyoid bone because blood pressure in his neck would definetly make his Sternocleidomastoids stronger -> lifting hyoid bone and adam’s apple more visible. Adam’s apple is his only one failo honestly
