Be grateful for whoever the fuck gave you that eye area.

Eyes are top tier with mogger eyelashes. Trim the eyebrows a bit, esp near the nose bridge. Make your eyebrows like 15-20% more softer.

The shitstache needs to go. I suggest dropping the facial hair.

Cover your temples with your hair as well as they look a bit receded.
