side profile is good means you're not recessed, there's alot of soft-maxes to do and i seen you've somewhat nichemaxxed with the piercings. you're just looking tough right now get a haircut and a solid skincare and work on fixing the masseter muscle asymmetry. chew gum on your opposite side till it matches the other side. now you're mtn and got potential for med to high htn. good luck

I wouldn't recommend going under the knife yet. Consider getting filler for jaw and chin.
