Average white young girl (or any young girl, it doesn't matter the skin color), about 90% that you see every day on the street, are maximum low MTB, because people in reality are not the ones on social media, they are the ones with a face with at least 2 features that make their face look like shit (or have no harmony in general), the most common being recessed chin, bug eyes, nose too big/ crooked, forehead too big, non-existent jaw, too long face, are generally fat, have low hair density, are short in height, etc.

The girl in the picture above is the girl you see once in 10-20 girls in real life, who you may in reality consider HTB or staicy, even though she has recessed chin, rather odd harmonies and a not so special eye area, but in reality she's just MTB.
