You could try UUDD, I did it unknowingly as a child and my upper eyelids became hooded with little to no upper eyelid exposure. Botox with likely just smooth your skin and debloat you slightly. Try everything natural before doing any enhancements. As far as htn: you have a good facial structure and jawline, your lips need work but I know your already aware, your gaze is what catches people's attention. if your atleast ltn with good eye area you should be good.
