How could I achieve this
- leaner
- thicker neck
- forehead implant
- skull implant
For the jaw I could get jaw implants, but my front is already about 3:1 chin to philtrum (this makes my chin a bit longer)
What surgery would move my mouth down?

Overall, my face is too compact so any surgery that elongated my midface and philtrum a bit would ascend me insanely

bimax would fucking save you itd fix your high gonial angle and it could save your recessed maxilla which would help with your face looking too short

Gonial angle isn’t too bad I think 126
But what type of Bimax though
Cuz ccw (which will lower my gonial angle) would make my face shorter
I need downgrafting but I think you need lf2 to affect the midface

I was just trying to make my upper lip a bit smaller
I don’t think it changed the nose though

Yeah sure basically chew hard foods and gum to build up your massetor muscle dont over do it bc you can get tmj thicken up your neck and train your hyoid plus lose fat

And for your occipital bone you could get implants but tbh in this case it’s not that severe you could grow out your hair and completely hide your occipital bone or you can ask your barber to trim your back skull like that so i wont get implants for that bc its would be a waste of money

Okay for your brow ridge you would probably need implants

And btw i dont think so that you can thicken up your neck that much but it doesn’t even look nice (in the morph )

My masseters are already pretty developed (didn’t train them, just naturally)

If you’re talking about achieving the morph, I could get jaw angle implants and a small lip reduction to achieve the side, but for the front, if there was anything to lengthen the midface more and actually push the mouth down, that would be a lot better

But I read that it doesn’t lengthen the midface

It looks worse cuz I have some fat under my chin
My heads also tilted down
If you measure it, you’ll see it’s on the upper end of ideal range

And CCW rotation wouldn’t make sense cuz that would make my face shorter
I think the best option is lf2 downgrafting, with maybe jaw implants and a vertical genio
