Well I always use arm sleeve so I don't have troubles with glide

Well It's very smooth and very fast compared to even fastest clothpad you can get.
There's no friction on glass. Less stopping power.
Tracking on glass is goated. Microcorrection are very easy. For flicks you need more tension to stop fast mouse movement.
I adjusted to glass in 2 weeks. It's a myth that switching to glasspad will ruin your aim.
