I think the hair suits you. Tied back like this at least. I think curtains would also suit you. Imo keep it long or medium.
Top two third of your face are very good. I especially like the wide flat cheekbones you have like hernan drago.
Your nose tip is a bit too bulbous. But then noses looks bigger in selfies so idk. Imo the only thing worth having surgery for is your jaw, which looks a bit round and recessed in this pic. It might be a bigger deal in real life. Idk. Side profile pic would help me know.
