first pic was at 15.5 yo, second at 16 and third at 17. I focused on improving test by eating animal based. Of course, puberty and angles is also a factor, but there is a clear difference in bonemass, that would not have been achieved without looksmaxxing. At least that‘s what I believe to be true. I also started martial arts. I hope this might give you some hope if you‘re 15/16, it‘s not over

I know it might sound cope, but you have to trust me. Start stretching your hyoid skin for 2 minutes a day and mew constantly. This will make your skin be glued to your jaw bone over time.( at least 1/2 years) The rest is obvious, just start eating tons of meat, eggs and saturated fat (for test) Bonesmashing also gave me some results over time.

You have to look up and pit your head into your neck. try to put your chin as high up in the air as pissible. You should feel a stetch in the skin between your adams appel and your chin. And bonesmashibg worked, i did it every second day on my chin as hard as I could. You need to optimise you diet in order to achieve bone growth (raw milk)

I forgot to mention that i clenched my jaw forward constantly, and that i used to suck my thumb as a kid
 
I love how in the first picture his ears line up with his eyebrows, but in the "after" pictures it doesn't. It's almost as if one is the frankfurt plane and the other isn't.

Keep eating your raw meat and coping. No amount of raw meat is going to save your genetics, especially after puberty boyo.
