Probably because I was fed grainsludge when I was a kid also could be some sort of genetic thing because my mom had really bad acne too

I've had a bad bite and crooked teeth so i wore teeth straightening trays with rubber bands. Basically there was an attachment and I had to put the Rubber bands on it. It was like 2,5 yr treatment

I took it out only when I was eating but yeah basically wore them for 2,5yrs straigjt without any breaks

ive small crowding in the upper and lower Front left side, in the middle of the Central incisor and canine, got it from a bad habit of biting my nails at a young age, it pushed the upper and lower teeth inward. Bites is also asymmetrical, ig i got it Also from a habit of sleeping only on 1 side since i was a kid

As long as its not severe you should be fine just consult a dentist
