Rate my 2 month acne progress

Im 14 years old and this is my acne 2 months ago vs now. Please let me know what to do, i have cut out diary and it has gotten better plus im using gentle based cleanser and moisturizer, spf50 niacinamide and tretinoid.

i know, i was drinking raw milk from a local farm and eating a lot of cheese but the acne just got sm worse and i couldn stand watching that every morning in the mirror so i had to make a sacrifice. but i mainly eat meat now because it doesent affect my skin.

thanks for the reminder tho! I will eventually get slowly back into diary after it gets better. Maybe if i can find a good source of A2 raw milk it would have to irritate my skin that much.

How long were you drinking the raw milk? Aajonus says toxins take a while to leave the body

I started drinking it like like 4 months and i drank it for like 2 months but since the acne got worse i stopped

Ngl since you’re 14 you should start drinking it again. It might take a while for the acne to detox but it’ll help your bones/height/frame
