6ft 1 + MED pheno + being gymmaxxed alone should be good enough. But if you're looking for tips then I'm afraid I can only offer hardmaxxing as an option. Your narrow midface and lack of orbital support can only really be addressed through surgery and not much else and they're your most glaring failos.
