i would have ideally liked a bit less german and a bit more norwegian and polish, but it is what it is. its basically impossible to change these numbers.

16% english is acceptable, it's when that number hits 25% that things start going downhill

at least the german admixture is spread out between northwest germany and southern (bavaria) so i have a lot of bases covered there
