I dont know how to tbqh i always estimate but i seem to have very chubby cheeks so i put it tinge but higher so like 20 percent.

send body pics to that athlete who made that androgen thread on best of the best or use the measuring machines in gym most of those have a 2-3% error margin so you get a rough estimate.
