Just get older brother please. Do not go injecting yourself with synthetic peptides. Bones come with puberty if you eat right

Ur ccw rotation is ur biggest drawback, also u look hollow but that will prob change in puberty. You should def create better contrast, so make ur eyebrows more prominent and darker/thicker. And then just live healthy with good posture until the end of puberty

I have like 20% bf If I get leaner like 7% I will definetly have a slight hollow cheeks

Yeah prob, but while ur still in puberty research about ccw rotation and how to improve it, and being 7% bf during puberty can lower hormones like testosterone, igf1, leptin, and GnRH, because the body senses low energy availability. This can slow growth, and reduce muscle development. Around 12–15% body fat is healthier for normal hormonal development. Or else u might become boneless

I did, but I also improved skin, started being less puffy, started focusing on forward growth and slightly fixed my assymetry.

Hey, i just re-read what u posted, what does looking hollow mean? Also i read about ccw methods, and it said to not focus on this before turning 16 or else I'll damage and get a permanent injury.

I mean ur infra orbitals, and idk what u mean with that you'll get damage, ccw rotation is more about posture and facial muscles and its overtime that's why it's best to try inproving facial bones before they fuse.
