How old? He doesn't look 6'4 so he may well get taller. His face is definitely going to change which will lessen the damage of the midface when his mandible grows.
He's 4psl, but his smv is higher due to height and race, his easiest looks max is to shape his eyebrows which are great, but yeah it's got to be anything that disguises the midface surgery wise, or getting it corrected somehow.

Yeah I’ll bet he’s not done growing jfl, gonna be 6’7, it’s too early to call for him face wise, he’s average now and he’s going to look better, it’s also probably worth getting him to start mewing as it will stop anyworsening and he can get minor improvements now if he’s thorough
