rate my anti ageing diet today !

If you truly wanted to have better diet you'd start eating more organs and less vegetables, more berries and fruit
i ate no vegetable except cocoa powder

lmao great but try less carbs, more protein, more antioxidants, more foods with carnosine and benfotiamine, and intermittent fast could also add turmeric, ginger, green tea, also go outside nigga cuz 13% is crazy
my carbs r not high , my protein is enough . wdym by more antioxidants ? like take NAC ? i take 200 mg NAC sometimes more & melatonin , these both great antixodiant .

i intermittent fast , like i just eat in the morning and afternoon . sometimes i just eat breakfast

yeah turmeric, ginger, green tea could be good . i didnt add this but i eat cinnamon .

i didnt add this lol but i take 20000 IU vit d . i dont go outside tho

The range for u is 50-150 ur above that carbs cause glycation endproducts, which accelerate aging even moderate carb intake causes oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction, which is bad for aging, think abt using low glycemic index carbs

U need 1.2-1.5g per kg ur way below high protein counteracts sarcopenia, which is super important for longevity

im considering asta & lycopene , they seem pretty good

i reccomend this vid on resveratrol , but i thot it was interesting

short for caloric restriction . caloric restriction in mice is a percentage reduction from a measured ad libitum .

in humans , CR usually refers to any counting & restricting of calories . i dont usually count my calories so i say im on a low calorie diet not CR . but the anti ageing effect is connected to the actual food intake of course not whether im counting them .

i disagree on this . sarcopenia is caused by ageing . maybe high protein could temporarily be a cope for sarcopenia but i dont have sarcopenia & see no evidence low protein now will cause sarcopenia later .

any way to absorb the curcumin in turmeric without piperine ? i dont want piperine .
