my carbs r not high , my protein is enough . wdym by more antioxidants ? like take NAC ? i take 200 mg NAC sometimes more & melatonin , these both great antixodiant .lmao great but try less carbs, more protein, more antioxidants, more foods with carnosine and benfotiamine, and intermittent fast could also add turmeric, ginger, green tea, also go outside nigga cuz 13% is crazy
The range for u is 50-150 ur above that carbs cause glycation endproducts, which accelerate aging even moderate carb intake causes oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction, which is bad for aging, think abt using low glycemic index carbsmy carbs r not high ,
U need 1.2-1.5g per kg ur way below high protein counteracts sarcopenia, which is super important for longevitymy protein is enough .

im considering asta & lycopene , they seem pretty goodU should take more antioxidents theyre important: resveratrol cause it activates SIRT1, quercetin which limits senescence-related secretory phenotype, and astaxanthin since its a superior singlet oxygen quencher
