For your niche you have decent appeal but you don't have broad appeal like more ambiguous looking mulattos.

So apparently I’m more black leaning? Would skin lightening broaden my appeal or do my features cap me?

Kinda. You could do skin lightening/wear contacts for a better pheno but as a non white passing ethnic you are going to have niche appeal. There will always be a subset of women who will outright reject you just for your race unless you are literally chad tier and can override that filter. It is just how it is. But in that pool of women you can still do very well.
