No bro it's tall, that's the problem, it's because your nose is upturned and short so it makes your philtrum look really tall, kills harmony. Now don't get me wrong, you're not ugly but you have good bones and a good base so that nose really fucks shit up. I am no familiar on how this is fixable, as in can Rhino make it longer? You'll have to ask high IQ surgerycels on here. Good luck man, it's better to need Rhino than a Bimax or canthoplasty.

ur right my nose is too short for how upturned it is indeed but i dont even think a rhino can fix it since my entire midface is short in general and elongating it would require splitting open my jaws all i can do is probably remove some cartilage at the tip for a less upturned appearance and less bulbosity
